For over a year now we have stood at the side of the Oprah Winfrey Network knowing that in time the positive messages would make it out into the world. “Be patient” was the motto. While some focused on the negative, we knew if you put good things out into the world, good things would come.

Those who participated in the live tweet weren’t surprised to hear OWN was on fire last Sunday. The 2nd week of Oprah’s Next Chapter followed by the premiere of Oprah’s Masterclass gave OWN their highest ratings yet. 1.6 million viewers watched Oprah’s Next Chapter ranking it 3rd in its time slot among ad-supported cable networks. Oprah’s Masterclass also did great with 930,000 viewers listening in on Jane Fonda’s amazing story.

Like any majestic tree, it all begins with a single seed. In time…it’s greatest will be obvious. The seed has been planted and with each drop of positive energy it continues to grow taller. Soon, OWN will be that majestic oak and I’m certain The Daily OWN will still be by their side!
