In this week’s episode, Oprah visits Hasidic Jewish communities of Borough Park and Crown Heights for an extraordinary look at one of America’s most interesting cultures. Covering their spiritual devotion and their daily life which includes raising children without television, movies, video games or even the internet, Oprah introduces us to a family of twelve. She even meets one of the few black Hasidic Jewish families in the country. To top it off….Oprah conducts the first ever, “no holds barred interview” with four Hasidic wives and mothers where she even gets a tour of a ritual and spiritual bath known as a Mikvah. So I wonder…since they don’t ever watch TV, will they know who she is? Can’t wait to find out!
