Gayle King Show

On the Gayle King Show – Tracy Morgan, Rick Stengel & 2011 Time Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People & the Under Appreciative Ticket Lady

Good morning Gayle! What to do this weekend?  Go see Tyler Perry’s movie…and go see Whoopi’s Sister Act on Broadway!   I think I need to go get a haircut…because Gayle’s still looks so nice!  So onto the show!

About your High School Reunion – Are you going? Gayle says she attended many…and decided on the last one, after a series of petty questions and really not much to talk about, she decided that she’s not going back.  I’ve never been…never really wanted to go. Gayle, you and I can hang out instead!  Call me.

About Tim Hetherington and Chris Hondros losing their lives in Libya – Brave reporters who died this week in Libya.  Sad loss.  So important that we see these stories…but so sad that this happened.

About President Obama @ Facebook – Loved the townhall meeting on Facebook.  Killed the network connection, but it was wonderful to engage social media into the political discussion.

About Tracy Morgan – 30 Rock star…staring in the new movie, Rio.   Just chating it up with Gayle on this new movie and on being funny, on kidney disease and on divorce.  This was a great interview…

Gayle asked the right questions and Tracy came to talk…and it was a wonderful side of Tracy that we don’t always see. Loved it.

About Time 100 Influential– One of Gayle’s favs made the list. Congrats Bieber! But really Bieber? Charlie Sheen is the most influential?  Lord…your young.

About Rick Stengel, Managing Editor of Time and the Time 100 Most Influential – Rick talks about the criteria of selecting the list…and what it takes to make the cut. And those who make the list are asked who they are inspired by…and that’s another dimension that fantastic to this article.  Huge variety on the list… check it out @ The 2011 TIME 100.

Another note…Watch Gayle and Oprah today – The Highlights Show! And yes, Gayle….you should be annoyed by the woman who asked you for tickets, then was under-appreciative of getting to the show.
