Today, life has put the same message in front of me…just eager for me to notice it.  From an early morning tweet from Oprah to the world on #KONY2012, to an amazing poem, to a late night call, to thoughts on running a new network…and now, to writing a blog post.  The message that has shown up over and over…we can not do it all alone.  No matter how strong, how powerful, how smart or how connected, we need each other for everything in our lives.  Perhaps that is one of life’s greatest lessons…that alone we have strength but together we are powerful.  By using our energy and working together …we can do anything.  Spiritually, we are connected in ways that we don’t even understand and as we channel our energy…sometimes with focus…sometimes by accident…the one thing that is clear is that we can’t do everything that needs to be done alone…we need each other.  In ways, we may feel alone…but we are all connected and the world needs for us to be connected…the universe depends on it.  Dr. Maya Angelou reminds us of this lesson with her beautiful poem, “Alone.” Read and be reminded that alone, you can climb a mountain.  Together, we can MOVE it!
