  1. I saw this on Oprah’s lifeclass when she blessed that family of 10 with a home. I always look at what I dont have and complain, but when I saw this I closed my mouth cause the tears would not stop coming. It is a beatiful thing to see a such a amazing blessing come to someone. We dont know if she deserves it or not. Who are we to judge if she doesnt deserve it. Everyone deserves happiness. One day I pray to GOD in heaven that when I am able to give to someone I will be a blessing. It does make your heart feel good to give. I give now but nothing is more satisfying to give to someone who cant do anything for you in return. You are not looking for a pat on the back, or a job well done speech. You just sincerely give to someone to make their lives a little easier. Paying if forward is what its all about. One day I pray to stand and pay it forward more that I am able to now. It is more blessed to give than recieve.

  2. I love the concept of capturing Joy every Friday. Just the energy of saying the word joy brings an undeniable feeling of pleasure. It makes me want to smile, laugh, and celebrate. Lately my intention has been to successfully frame myself around Joy and find everything emerged in it. Perhapson Joy! this is a new coping mechanism. What better way to be? Time to focus on Joy!
