As Ryan comes back in…we know how much he wants this.  Let’s get your spirit back and move on…we want to see you all shine.  The segment this week is to complete a 30 second commercial spot for Kohl’s, who will – in the end – be the sponsor for the winner’s show.  No pressure.  Daisy Fuentes, who looks fabulous, is this weeks mentor.  Fabulous. 

Team Vision (Divas) – Kristina is the EP…a little nominated by Elizabeth but somebody has to do it.  Elizabeth gets the interview.  During Daisy’s interview with them, they are actually very focused.  She’s a little impressed…

The Prep – Team Focus – Zach’s gets the interview.  Alicia and Ryan have a disagreement on who is the EP.  Ryan’s making sure he’s watching out for himself….finally, we see it becoming real. Alicia is the EP.  Her overall impression…was that the team was smart.  They wanted to know about Kohl’s but also about Daisy.  But as she leaves….they unravel a little.  Ryan is dancing around the EP title.  These teams sure have some issues around being the EP.  It’s like –don’t do the work…and maybe you’ll get the job because someone else does a bad job?  Hmmmm….doesn’t connect, or does it? 

The Taping – First, we have the commercials to shoot.  The teams head out to the sound stage to start shooting their ideas.  Team Focus has a little focus.  A woman in her living room….with a personal fashion show.  Alicia’s the woman…but her reaction and smile is a little plastic.  She’s not the actress.  Oh goodness…Team Vision has a little vision.  A woman with a date…needing to go to Kohl’s….Terey is an actress…and is doing great…but Elizabeth is all over….I’m beginning to see the real Diva here.. I’m just sayin’  

Today’s taping is the Daisy Fuentes interview and Zach comes prepared and ready.  Daisy is impressed.  The drama comes from Team Diva….I mean Team Vision between Kristina and Elizabeth.  Elizabeth is the interviewer…she does this everyday….but does she listen?  I’m not sure.

First up, Team Vision.  Elizabeth is relaxed…calm…and the judges called her boring….”it didn’t make me care about Daisy.”  But…on the flip side, the commercial rocked.  Now, what about Team Focus?  Zach’s interview…was great.  He’s very funny….and inviting.  He knew his subject and this was nice.  The commercial…nice job.  Zach – outstanding.  I think the divas might have a problem here…

The Deliberation – Elizabeth…you missed the interview today.  Zach…you were on target…”you told her story through your questions.”  Winners are Team Focus.  Now, comes a throwdown with Elizabeth and Kristina.  Kristina’s up.  She’s connected…talking to Daisy as a friend….like a connection with a little bit of nervousness.  Hug.  Elizabeth’s up.  OMG.  She’s totally stealing Zach’s interview questions.  Bye Elizabeth….
