Each Friday, we are taking a look back over the week and bringing you the “Top 5 Moments” of OWN programming each week. Although there weren’t a lot of new shows on this week, there were plenty of moments to pick from….so much good stuff, but we did our best to pick our favorites to share with you!

• Fire Walk on Oprah’s Next Chapter – This made the list for two reasons. The first was due to the symbolism that was felt by most viewers. It was a reminder that you can do absolutely anything.  Have faith that YOU have the strength, lean into and turn it over to something greater than ourselves. The second reason was really the best reason… it was GREAT watching and cheering on as Oprah and Sheri let go and just did it!  We LOVED it and could feel thier power!
• Super Soul Sunday’s The Shadow Effect – This Sunday, we were reminded that when we sit in judgment, it typically has little to do with the other person and everything to do with our own shadows. We all have shadows….the things that embarrass us or that we feel shame about…but instead of trying to stuff them down, we are reminded that we need to embrace them and learn from them. If we don’t, shadows always find a way to surface when we least expect it. “Either you are going to use it or it’s going to use you.” An eye-opening lesson.
• Oprah’s Next Chapter with Tony Robbins – The pieces of the seminar that the cameras shared with us were AMAZING. Both Sheri and Oprah laughed, cried and rode the wave of Tony Robbins.  With so much to choose from it was almost impossible to pick one.  It was an amazing two hours of television but the words that seemed to engrave themselves into my soul were, “Stop saying “I can’t.” Start saying “I must.”  In this 120 minutes, my view of Tony Robbins made a full 180 degree turn.  His message is strong and empowering.  His teaching style commanding and different.  Oprah’s interview with him, inspiring.
• Oprah’s Lifeclass Tour Big NEWS– Now this wasn’t an actual OWN TV moment but it was big OWN TV news!  Oprah is taking her Lifeclass on the road and everyone has been invited to join the ticket lottery!   If you can’t make it to one of the live shows, definitely plan on soaking in the energy and inspiration through OWN, Oprah.com and hopefully, streaming Live sessions on Facebook.  The WORLD loves these classes.  Change your life…take yourself to class!
• Super Soul Sunday with Debbie Ford – As often on a Super Soul Sunday, Oprah wraps up her soulful programming with an interview with the film maker.  After showing Debbie Ford’s film, “The Shadow Effect,” Debbie joined Oprah under her Santa Barbara great oak tree for an intimate and open talk about cancer and how she was handling it and her own shadow.  Here is a woman who is incredibly insightful but human and was in denial of her own illness.  It was a reminder that with the human spirit, no matter how much we all know or learn, we are always a work in progress. The journey is far more important that the tier we stand upon.
