Last year as we counted down the days to the O Magazine O You conference, we embarked on a “mind, body and soul” journey that we shared with our readers through the summer and that changed our lives. As we moved through each of the 12 weeks and focused on a O You expert, we searched ourselves and for lessons to unlock the doors of living your best life. In the process, we learned more about ourselves that we ever could have imagined. Last year, we jumped into the Bootcamp deep end without knowing what to expect. This year, we are continuing the journey and spending our summer focused on OYou! As we start the prep and begin our outline for our OYou BootCamp series, we encourage all of you to join these “BootCamp Sisters” and take charge of your OWN life! Our BootCamp officially kicks off this coming Monday and we are committed to hang in there and give it our all!

She has become some what of a foodie and we’d love it!
