This weekend OWN is replaying some of the best Super Soul Sunday episodes.  I have seen each of these and I must say…you don’t want to miss them!  With all of the great programming OWN is bringing into our lives, this series has become one of my favorites.  So gather around with friends and family to watch.  In fact, give them all a call to let them know to set their DVRs.  You won’t regret it!

• 6/5C – Oprah’s personal one-on-one interview with Dr. Wayne Dyer “Living with Grace”
• 8/7C –  Dr. Dyer’s film,  “The Shift”, which covers principals from his book through part interview and storylines.  It is life changing!
• 11/10C –  “Finding Beauty” featuring the film “A Man Named Pearl” which gives all of us a unique look at the simplicity of life, happiness and beauty.

Of course the shows will be sprinkled with a little SoulPancake and lots of lessons.  Be sure to set your DVRs for Sunday morning!
