Meditation: Grounded in Gratitude

Today, start your week by grounding yourself in gratitude.  Each week, I search for something that will give me a little more focus and understanding of the meditation process to start the week out with.  This week, I found the greatest guided mediation with one of Oprah’s Lifeclass co-teachers, Deepak Chopra, and I wanted to share it.  Grounding yourself in gratitude is more that just giving thanks to the world around you.  Gratitude can change your life and strengthen your soul.  Take a couple of minutes for yourself today to focus on what you are grateful for.  Change your day and ground yourself in all the blessings in your world. It will change your day…and maybe even a little more.
